So this was a Tolstoy Talk about a depressing book!!!! Books by Leo Tolstoy. Seriously, I don’t get the hype about Tolstoy. He was a judge. When my time comes, I will embrace it. Narrator was very monotone.

The titular Ivan didn’t feel like a real character to me, but a blank slate onto which you can project your own feelings.
