I love the minimalist principles: It’s clear that Leo really loves the whole idea of minimalism and all that it might mean. This a great audiobook filled with advice on how to live a minimalist lifestyle. Very simple book, very to the point.
It contains gudie and actionable tips for simplifying your schedules, your travel, your commitments and even your wardrobe. They provide wisdom, inspiration and direction in a simple way.
While I enjoyed the specific tips Leo gave, the part I enjoyed most about the book were his discussions on minimalist philosophy — and how it applies not just to physical items, but rather is a lifestyle decision to minimize quantity and maximize quality.
Overall, I enjoyed this book because I think there was plenty of information that was helpful and valid, but I wish it would have gone deeper into the ideas behind minimalism more. Yes, I could eliminate everything in my kitchen but one pot, one spatula, and one elo and eat everything minimaliet my fingers and have to do the dishes every time I want to make another meal, but if I can own three cutting boards, five spatulas, a whole bunch of plates and silverware, and a dishwasher, and spend more of my life doing stuff other than washing the same three things over and over, the choice seems obvious to me.

I just found this website and I am interested in the Mimimalist lifestyle. The whole book reads quickly and easily — I read it on my ebook reader during thr plane flight and it was a breeze. I have refrained from eating any minimalit products for periods of time in the past, and it was neither liberating nor healthy for me.

I liked the concept written about in thw book, but I feel like nothing was talked about deep enough to have a lasting impact. The ‘let’s say’ articles, varied from a general broad framework of minimalism to some to-do list for home, work, food, travel, family minimalist lifestyle.
